This season invites us to slow down, turn inward, and reconnect with our heart. It is a beautiful time to forgive, to let go of old burdens, and to begin again - with more love, peace, and compassion for ourselves and for others.   Remember: When you cultivate peace within yourself, you naturally bring peace to the world. This is my Christmas wish for you: may your heart feel light, may your body feel warm and alive, and may you rediscover the quiet joy already within you.

From the depths of the universe

to repair all things

to heal all wounds

and replace all fear with Love.

Dear God,

today may the world be blessed.

May our bodies and souls

be illumined this day

by the Light of One who showed the way.

Please use as as Your conduits.

May this day be a day of sacred activation,

a higher vibration and frequency of Love,

that lifts us to the Holy Place.

May his birth remind us,

his power repair us,

and his guidance be given us

as we face the days ahead.

May infinite Light shine through us

and impress itself

upon the ethers of the world.

Like infants, we shall not look back.

The past is over,

the future emerging now from blazing Light

On this Thanksgiving evening, let us pause together... Feel your breath. Feel your body.  Reflect for a moment...

Let's give Gratitude for the body — which carries your heart, your mind, your spirit.  Repeat this quietly to yourself and notice what you experience: "Without this body, I do not exist as a human. Without this body, I can not experience life as a human. Without this body, my soul can not evolve in this life time."

Please join me in giving... Gratitude for Mother Earth — which gives us life... water, fire, ground, tree, wind. The elements that breathe us into being.Gratitude for family — made of love, woven through time.Gratitude for this community — which connects us across distance, holds us in practice, reminds us we are not alone on this path home.Gratitude for all existence in the vastness of the cosmos — stars, galaxies, mystery itself.And Gratitude for what wants to emerge when we say yes to the call of embodied awakening.

To Love!

              In giving to others, I give to myself.

In the spiritual universe, we only get to keep what we give away. Many thoughts that masquerade as self interest are actually thoughts of self sabotage. For when we seek to win at the expense of others, we subconsciously seek to deny ourselves.

Surrendering to the ways of God is not an act of self sacrifice, but rather the opposite. For in withholding My love, I am sacrificing a life of spiritual abundance and emotional freedom. Today, I give my love to others that I might feel more loved.

Dear God,

May I not be tempted

To withhold my love

In surrendering to love

I surrender to that which wishes for me my greatest good

The ego speaks, but the ego lies.

          Why I Won't Watch The Charlie Kirk Video

Why I will not watch the Charlie Kirk video—and neither should you.

Here’s why: when you choose to watch, you’re not just “seeing what happened.” You’re perpetuating the very energy you claim to be against. Every click, every replay, every share feeds the cycle.

 

Society has become dangerously desensitized. I see it in my work every day—people numb to pain, shock, and cruelty. And yet, every time we consume these images, we normalize them just a little more. That is what shifts society, slowly but surely, in the wrong direction.

 

Do you remember the first season of Black Mirror, when the president was forced to do a horrific act to save someone? They begged the public not to watch. But society couldn’t look away. The damage wasn’t just the act—it was the people’s choice to witness it.

 

The truth is simple: some things are horrible no matter what side of the debate you’re on. Watching doesn’t heal. Watching doesn’t help. Watching multiplies the wound.

 

So ask yourself: What am I perpetuating with my attention?

The next three years will be about rebuilding a foundation for humanity. It will be tough. But if we want to shift into a new energy—one of compassion, awareness, and prayer—we must begin by choosing differently today.

 

Choose not to watch.

Choose to hold space for healing.

 Benefits of Practicing Medicine Buddha

The seven Medicine Buddhas, who attained bliss, recited sincere prayers to help all beings, including us, attain temporal and ultimate happiness. They also vowed to fulfill them in the current time, which is considered an age of degeneration because the teachings of Buddha Shakyamuni are in decline. Since the sacred word of the Buddhas is irrevocable, we can fully trust in its power to guarantee that all beings living in these degenerate times will obtain the blessings and aids they need, and that if we pray to the Medicine Buddha, we will achieve all our wishes. The mere hearing of the sacred name of Medicine Buddha and the sound of his mantra closes the door to rebirth in the lower realms and the resulting suffering. It is written in the classical texts that one should not have a doubting mind (or, as it is traditionally presented, a two-pointed mind) about these benefits. This is corroborated by the master Buddha Shakyamuni in the sutra known as The Lapis Lazuli Rays of the Medicine Buddha, where he maintains the following dialogue: "Kungawo, do you believe my explanation of the qualities of this Tathagata [the Medicine Buddha]?" "I do not have a two-pointed mind regarding your teachings, celibate Bhagavan," replied Kungawo. "And for what reason? Because the actions of the Tathagata's sacred body, speech, and mind are always pure, without the slightest error." "Kungawo, whoever hears the sacred name of this Tathagata will not fall into the hell realms where migratory beings suffer." A conversation illustrating that reciting the sacred name of the Tathagata Medicine Buddha and his mantra in the ear of someone who is dying is truly excellent. Furthermore, it can be recited to animals or humans and to the dead, or over old bones or corpses. For example, when eating meat, it is extremely beneficial to recite the mantra and blow on it, because by doing so we purify the karmic obscurations of those beings and, therefore, we can cause someone who might be suffering in the lower realms to die immediately and be reborn in a pure realm or among other fortunate beings. If that were not possible, at least the duration of their suffering in the lower realms would be shortened. It would be excellent to be able to do this with bodhichitta, renouncing one's own interests and seeking the benefit of others. Likewise, by reciting this mantra, we will be able to enhance the power of medicines, whether for ourselves or for others. The visualization would be as follows. Visualize the medicine in a bowl in front of us, with a lunar disk in whose center the seed syllable HUM stands upright, surrounded by the syllables of the Medicine Buddha mantra in a clockwise direction. As we recite the mantra, visualize nectar flowing from the syllables and being absorbed into the medicine. In the end, the syllables and the moon dissolve into the medicine, which acquires the enormous power to cure all physical illnesses and afflictions caused by spirits, along with their causes, as well as negative karma and mental obscurations of beings. If we are undergoing treatment for a serious illness such as cancer, we can visualize that the medicine has the power to cure that particular illness. Keep in mind that its healing power will increase proportionally to the faith we have and the number of mantras recited. For ordinary people, it is extremely difficult to recognize the benefits of practicing the Medicine Buddha sadhana. In Buddhism, all existing phenomena are considered objects of knowledge: if something is not an object of knowledge for any being (that is, there is no being that can know that object), then that object does not exist. For example, "a rabbit's horns" are used as an example of what does not exist. All existing phenomena fall into three categories: 1. Objects known by a valid, non-erroneous consciousness, which are those easily recognizable, such as a jar, a plate, rice, flowers, etc. 2. Objects that are difficult to know and require analysis to be known, such as impermanence and emptiness. 3. Extremely difficult objects to know, such as phenomena that can only be known by an omniscient mind. Ordinary beings can only know them through the authority of a Buddha's scriptures. Since the benefits of performing this sadhana belong to the third category, only those who trust the Buddha's explanations will be able to recognize them. Those of an intellectual nature and prone to skepticism will find it difficult to accept that so many benefits and positive karma can be obtained by performing this sadhana, but they should not dismiss such an explanation. Sometimes our perspective is very narrow and prevents us from appreciating broader insights. In this case, if we are unable to accept these explanations, it is better to adopt a neutral attitude and not reject the Buddha's profound teachings outright. We must examine and practice the sadhana with skillful means; if we maintain a stable mind, we can achieve great benefits not only for ourselves but also for others, without any delusion.

(This practice can be performed by anyone who has confidence in the dharma. However, those who have not received the empowerment of the Medicine Buddha will not be able to visualize themselves as the Buddha but should visualize the Buddha in the space in front of them.)
